The Very Uncomfortable Challenge
This March, I am participating in the Very Uncomfortable Challenge. I have been a part of The Reach Foundation for years and in that time I have witnessed many magical moments of change for both young people and adults. As Reach facilitators we believe in the importance of role models and never asking people to do something we wouldn’t. So, for me I will be challenging myself to sit in the un comfort of silence for 48hrs. Through this I want to see where it is my mind takes me and how I go with not being able to fill uncomfortable moments with a laugh or something sarcastic to say as well as sitting with myself and having the opportunity to truly reflect.
