Very Uncomfortable Challenge

Why I am fundraising for the Reach Foundation

This March, I am embarking on the The Reach Foundation's Very Uncomfortable challenge.

I'll be doing a half marathon - well... sort of!

I've never been much of a runner, but over the past few years walking has been one of the best things I have done for my mental health - if you are a podcast listener the imperfects episode with Chrissie Swan is a great listen that resonated with me!

For the VUC I am going to walk the distance of a half marathon (21km). Whilst walking is something I love to do, I haven't pushed how far I can go with it and I'm excited to see how I go with the challenge of a half marathon!

I will be completing this challenge on the 30th of March and will walk along the Yarra Valley Trail - close to where I grew up and went to school.

I would be grateful for any donation you can offer - or you could even join me for part of the walk or all of it!
