it started with Jim, it continues with you.
Together, let’s build on the legacy of the late, great Jim Stynes and ensure that our young people have the support they need to overcome life’s challenges and thrive.
For 30 years, Reach has been delivering innovative, youth-led and preventative mental health programs for Victorian young people – working with 50,000 young people each year to give them the tools and space to explore what’s holding them back and access support.
This work was born out of Jim Stynes’ vision and belief in the power of all young people.
We are asking you to support our work by donating just $11 (both Jim and Max Gawn's playing number) so that we can ensure the young people who need us most can access Reach for decades to come.
Not only will you be supporting a great cause - you'll also go into the running to win tickets to a Melbourne or Essendon President's Function. Just make sure you select your team when you make your donation!

why reach is so important
why young people?
The Reach Foundation is a not-for-profit, for-purpose organisation dedicated to shaping generations of confident, self-aware and passionate young people. We believe in the power and potential of all young people and we've been helping develop emotional intelligence and stronger mental health for 30 years.
Unlocking the power of young people
Through engaging and transformative youth-led workshops, Reach builds confidence, self-awareness and resilience in young people so they can navigate life’s challenges and thrive.
FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, BY YOUNG PEOPLE
Reach workshops are 100% youth-led, designed and delivered by young people, for young people. By investing in young facilitators with support from a Wellbeing team of Psychologists and Social Workers, Reach creates safe, relatable and effective experiences with ongoing impact.
